Feelings and flowers...

"You have to find the light in the darkest of rooms"...

"You have to believe there is a silver lining even when yours is miles away".

"You have to look at the good in even the smallest of things".

This week has had its moments with me...

but my little sweet pea is so much better...Mondays ear ache turned into Tuesday sickness and by Wednesday we were both exhausted and slept...Sweet pea's looking forward to school tomorrow.

Your little sayings in your post are very true and so simply say it all.

  19. Kazzy, isn't it amazing how a good night of sleep will change your outlook and give such hope when you wake? I always feel this, especially if the sun is shining and I am lucky to see birds out my window.
And with spring here any day now, there will be more sunshiney days instead of cold and dark ones.
I remember earaches when i was little as excruitiating , and my mother dressed me as warm and loved me as much as you do your Sweet pea. Some things we just have to endure and then be happy when we find joy in the morning.
    xx

  23. It's not easy being a mum, especially with a sick little one, but even harder when you are a mum on your own, I talk from experience as I had three!!! Yes we have to find the silver lining on the dark clouds and be grateful that it isn't worse than what it is (sometimes its not easy finding that little sliver of silver tho)
Sending a big hug. Your flowers are beautiful.
