It has turned nippy here despite the sunshine shining her pretty little face as hard as possible!...
I am not complaining as I do love this change to Autumnal days...The park looked so glorious today. The leaves are changing to golden tones and deep reds. I had a lovely walk this morning and on my way home I found for a happy some of £3!!!! this little lot of charity shop goodies. I have to admit I've hardly seen anything worth buying for months...But today was different.
1. lovely Autumnal bowl by John Russel called 'Midwinter' 2. A Cath Kidston hankie (well, I'm sure it is though it has no tag on it) 3. collection of Christmas decorations of soldiers, hearts and angels and 4. Three lovely white framed Flower Fairy prints. Excuse the poor picture quality- To add to the list of things going 'tits up' in my life at the moment my laptops decided to stop working!!- So I'm borrowing my Twinnys unused older one and well, its a positive to have it while mine is being serviced but its dreadfully slow!!!! and no photo editing like my one. But it will do for the time being.
It was lovely today to just have a moment to myself and do something joyful...
My Mother and Sweet pea gave me a lovely bunch of flowers yesterday and sweet glittery cards to cheer me up!...They both have been my rocks these last few weeks...I love them both to bits.
The sun has been shining though the temperature has dropped quite a bit.
Its lovely to see the final little flowers heads peeping through...

What a lovely haul! I think everything is lovely. It's always nice to be cheered up by some solitary time, doing something that brings you joy! I find that when I go thrifting in charity shops, it's a little time to myself to clear my head! These days one has to look quite hard for those special finds...and I think prices in charity shops have gone up quite a bit! You did well! Tania ♥
