Warmth

Its been rather windy and very wet down here in the West Country!...I've been drying my leggy's on the rad's after a very wet walk home...I'm now feeling the warmth and enjoying a warming cup of thick soup...

I have so many things going on at the moment that I hardly get time to think of blogging these days and once I start full time work I will have even less time. I will try and keep up to date...

in a nutshell...

Hello there my Lovelies...

For a while back there I was taken by the Tummy bug zombies!...I had been dreadfully sick!. But I wont bore You with all that horrid-ness!. It had knocked me for six though and still I'm a bit wobbly on the old leggy's. But fighting back as they say and feeling a bit more human.  Luckily my little one has been at School all week and been fine other than a few sniffles. My Mother had to come help out though and do the School runs~ I'm not good at asking for help but sometimes you have to admit defeat and get the next best mum in.

I was really Thankful she came and stayed and kept both of us company.  From reading other blogs I can see I was not alone on the sickness and sniffles. I do hope You are all alright. One lovely thing is its now the Weekend looming. I have a play date with my little niece tomorrow and Sweet pea's off to see her father's family...

On another nutshell a sweet Dolly that I ordered from the most adorably talented artist, crafter and illustrator of children's books , the delightfully lovely Erica from The button and the bean blog (click to link) sent a wonderful, exciting parcel!!!!! for my Little Sweet pea's birthday.  'All things Ottoline '~ do check out her blog and link to her shop.  The doll is hand made, beautifully sweet. And is now having a tea party with the rest of the dolly's in Sweet pea's bedroom. Erica even sent the delightfully lovely illustrated post cards!~ such a talent she has.

My Autumnal colours

Afternoon My Lovelies,  I've been such a busy body the last few months, so much has been going on and lots of paper work and stressy heady!...But after a lovely early morning walk in the dark, misty wet park on my way to doing the food shop and enjoying a lovely Cappuccino after i returned home I'm feeling a little less like the weight of the world is on my shoulders...Its lovely just to relax! and forget the troubles for a few hours anyway...One thing that I love in Autumn are the colours- My favourite colours are greens and reds.

I thought i'd capture those colours that cheer my soul...I love my vintage elf on my vintage table cloth, blissful colours!.
