My Little Market town full of sparkle✨🌕✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨🌟✨

We watched the firework displays from the distant school field and farmers field and a few local little garden displays... Because our garden is on the hill top we get quite a view and best of all its free... I put sparklers outside in the pumpkins... ✨✨🌟✨

A shop bought soup... But added extra cheese & carrot... Love soups & crusty loafs on dark cosy eves... 

Wonderful Autumnal days when the sun came out and we enjoyed Avon mill and Totnes... Love the window displays at this time of year and all the winter berries. 

I love capturing the seasons... We have a new super duper camera & computer... Its been fun & slightly techno for me to get my head around... But trying! I haven't used the camera to take any of these pics... Just my trusty phone. Modern technology it takes me an age to get to grips with it. Suddenly I feel old... 

I found these clustered mushrooms... It was like they were sitting in a nest on an old wall... So amazing to look at. 🍄🍄🍄🍄

Hot cappuccino on cold afternoons... Weather has been a mixed bag here. 

Heavy rain then beautiful pink skies!

These Autumnal months are truly my favourite... Year on year they fill my days with joy.... I've been so busy these last weeks. But in between we've been enjoying trips out in our new car... Escaping our little market town we've been to another town set on a hill called Totnes...enjoying the outdoor foody, antique & artisan Market... Street musicians & story tellers. 

I love the arty, folky style and atmosphere.

We had a magical weekending nr Boscastle visiting family in their holiday home farmhouse... The kitchen was huuuge with a wonderful red arga... And rustic big kitchen table... Perfect for catch up gatherings over coffee and Cornish deli treats. 

I explored the Autumnal gardens & the view from the staircase windows were so beautiful like an Autumnal painting.

🌿🍁🌿Sweet September 🌿🍁🌿

Those Sweet September days when the sun is still warming but you get a hint of Autumn with the crisp, cool early starts. The leaves are turning gold & red... And you have no idea what to wear... Cardigan or coat?, dress or trousers?... I did get caught out in quite a rain shower... One minute it feels hot then it suddenly changes.

Wonderful early evening light... 💛

Picking all the last fruits, Apples & tomatoes. And so many blackberries in the hedgerow. 

Enjoying them in my oaty porridge... 

Busy with my watercolours, pen & ink... I have two Autumnal to Christmas fairs, only will be small events, but back into the swing of getting my artwork out there... I will only have a small part of a shared table so it's trying to plan out how to display & what to take... 

Lots of foxy & rabbit designs/illustrations. 

When I do events like fairs I'm very anxious, so nervous... But once I'm there set up I seem to enjoy it... I do love talking to other artists, artisans, crafter, food producers ect... Its always important to buy off the small business and support local. I try to as much as I can. I saw a sign that said "if you buy just one card off of me I do a happy little dance inside"... Its does feel like that when you get positive comments and your first sale of the day.

I love seeing other people's wreaths on doors, throughout the seasons... 💛

Picked up a lovely jam from the W. I ladies at the food market here... Actually I preferred it with savoury scones, butter & cheese! Yum!. 

I've been doing a lot of walking since we've been looking for a new car... But fingers crossed we might have a new car by the end of this week. 

Such an expensive couple of months!. 

But so looking forward to having more freedom in a car... 

Cosiness of my woolly slipper boots & good books, warm tea & snuggly blankets. 

Especially on the days when there was thunder and lightning in our market town... 

Then beautiful skies...
